Engraved Items Return Policy
1. Personalized Items: Due to the customized nature of engraved items, they are non-refundable, unless the error or defects is our fault.
2. Errors and Defects: If there is an error in the engraving that is our fault or a defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange. We are committed to solving any issues promptly.
3. Proof Approval: If a proof was approved prior to engraving, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item is defective.
Return Process
1. Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at returns@1857engraving.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error has occurred during the engraving process.
